We will deliver your order(s) through shipping arrangements done by us. Your order(s) will be dispatched from our stores/warehouses located across India. We will try our best to deliver your order(s) to you with 2 to 10 working days. The duration taken to deliver the order(s) may vary depending on the location provided to us. Though the shipping will be scheduled the estimated time taken to deliver the order(s) may vary according to the situation. We are not responsible for the delay caused in delivering the order(s) in such situations. The deliveries will be carried out by independent courier or logistics companies between Monday to Saturday during working hours. The order(s) delivered will have to have signed by the recipient. We will not be held responsible if someone other than the customer signs the delivered order at the location provided by the customer while placing the order. We will not be held responsible for the damage caused to the order(s) after the order(s) has/have been delivered to you. In case you find any shortage of product(s) or any kind of damage caused to the product(s) once you have opened the package, then you can write to us at customercare@wellnessmantra.co.in or can contact us on our website. The claim of a shortage of product(s) will have to be clarified on the ‘Proof of Delivery’ and must be handed over to the delivery executive. Shipping Charges: Orders with a payable amount of Rs. 300 or more will qualify for free delivery. A delivery charge of Rs. 50 will be applied otherwise.
