Wellness Mantra

Wellness Mantra facilitates processing correct ayurvedic medicines as per order and strives to service the ayurvedic medicines and products in right conditions/ without any damage every time a consumer places an order. We strongly recommend the items are checked at the time of delivery.


CANCEL : ‘Cancel’ or ‘Cancellation’ of an order would refer to an order being cancelled before it is shipped by Wellness Mantra. Cancellations are allowed till the order has been dispatched/shipped from Wellness Mantra. Once the Order is dispatched / shipped no cancellations shall be entertained.

In case of cancellation of a pre-paid order before the Order is dispatched/shipped, refund shall be made to the original source of payment.

The refund shall be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.

RETURN : ‘Return’ means an action of giving back the product ordered at Wellness Mantra portal by the consumer.

REPLACEMENT : ‘Replacement’ means replacing part or entire order with another Wellness Mantra product(s).

The following situations may arise which may cause the action of replacement of product:

  • Product(s) delivered do not match your order;
  • Product(s) delivered are past or near to its expiry date (ayurvedic medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry);
  • Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not to accept any product which has a tampered seal).

In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we’d be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a Replacement request with our customer care within 03 (Three) days from the delivery of the product. Wellness Mantra reserves the right to cancel the Replacement request, if the customer reaches out to Wellness Mantra after 3 days of delivery.

Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be requested for a replacement. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will offer a refund.

In case a replacement cannot be arranged for, Wellness Mantra shall arrange for a reverse pick up of the product(s). Upon verification of the contents of the product(s), a refund shall be made to the original source of payment within 10 working days from the date of the receipt of the product(s) by Wellness Mantra.

Replacement Process :

  • For Replacement intimation, please write to us on customercare@wellnessmantra.co.in
  • Wellness Mantra customer care team shall verify the claim made by the customer within 4 working days from the time of receipt of complaint.
  • Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, Wellness Mantra shall initiate the collection of product(s) to be replaced.
  • The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Replacement will be completed within 15 (fifteen) working days from date of reverse pick up (if required).

The replacement requests & returns are subject to the below conditions :

  • Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Replacement;
  • Batch number of the product being requested for replacement & returned, should match as mentioned on the invoice;
  • Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer’s packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice;
  • Partially consumed bottles/strips or products do not qualify for Replacement, only fully unopened bottles/strips and undamaged or products can be requested to be replaced or returned.

Upon receiving your Replacement request, Wellness Mantra shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If Wellness Mantra finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Replacement process. Wellness Mantra shall process the replacement only once it has received the confirmation from the vendor concerned in respect of the contents of the product relating to that replacement.

In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Wellness Mantra reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Wellness Mantra in this regard.

Shipping Charges :

  • Orders with a payable amount of Rs. 500 or more will qualify for free delivery. An additional delivery charge shall be applied otherwise.
