Ingredients
Aragvadh
Aragvadh is a great herbal remedy for constipation associated with heat imbalance in the body. According to Ayurveda, keeping the bowel clean is the first step for the maintenance of a healthy body. When the gut is clear, the body can stay disease-free for a long time. Aragvadh works well to cleanse the body and promote the elimination of toxins accumulated in the blood, lymph and skin. It also treats problems of indigestion like flatulence, loss of appetite, the feeling of heaviness, etc.
Nishoth
Nishoth is loaded with cleansing and purgative properties. It helps in the easy passage of stool and also increases bowel movement. It possesses anthelmintic properties which help in clearing intestinal worms from the body and fight various intestinal infections that can lead to serious digestive problems like cholera.
Sonamukhi
Sonamukhi, contains an active compound named anthraquinones, which is a powerful laxative. It works by irritating the lining of the colon, promoting colon contractions and bowel movements. Sonamukhi also prevents water and electrolytes from being reabsorbed from the colon, which increases fluid in the intestines and softens the stool.
Sunthi
Sunthi or dried ginger is used since ancient times to treat many digestion related problems such as indigestion, low appetite, vomiting and constipation. It can help increase the movement of food through your stomach, improve digestion, decrease bloating and reduce intestinal cramping.
Triphala
A combination of Amalaki, Haritaki, and Bibhitaki, Triphala strengthens the digestive process and pushes out toxins from the body. With a mild laxative effect, it enhances the health of the gastrointestinal tract by rejuvenating the membrane lining of the intestines and by stimulating bile production. Triphala improves liver function and is also high in vitamin C and linoleic oil
Yashtimadhu
Yashtimadhu supports the digestive system by lowering the acidic levels in the intestine. It contains active compounds called glycyrrhizin and carbenoxolone that are known to relieve constipation, stomach discomfort, heartburn, acidity and other stomach problems. It also acts as a mild laxative, playing an effective role in stimulating bowel movement.
